Acai berry is considered as a super food beneficial for cardio vascular diseases, weight loss, cholestrol infection. It is protective to heart, reduces cholesterol, removes toxins, regulates bowel movements etc. It is of the size of a grape fruit but has almost eight grams of protein in one fruit.
